Why don't we offer a forever free plan?

The services which offer forever free plan usually make money by selling the user data to advertisers, we don't believe in that. We believe in user privacy and that is why we don't offer a forever free plan. However our plans are still very competitive to market.

Can I use PushPrime on http websites?

Push Notifications require https or SSL certificate to be present on your server, but if your website doesn't have support https, you can still use PushPrime, but in that case notifications will be sent from a custom subdomain on PushPrime servers, you can select any subdomain you want and notifications will go from yourSubDomain.pushprime.com

Does PushPrime work on mobile devices?

PushPrime works on mobile websites, we are in process of introducing suppor for native apps. But currently PushPrime is purely for web apps. PushPrime supports Google Chrome and Firefox on Android OS. No browser on iOS is supported due to restrictions from Apple.

What will happen if my subscribers exceed my plan limit?

Our representatives will contact you for account upgradation, opt-in will still work on your website but you won't be able to send notifications to users beyond you account limit. Once you upgrade your account you'll be able to send notifications to all or the limit allowed by your new plan.

How and when can I cancel my account?

If you are not satisfied with the service service, you can contact us at info@pushprime.com or via on site chat support and we will cancel your subscription ASAP.

Which websites are allowed to use PushPrime?

Almost all websites (http or https) are supported by PushPrime except the ones not allowed by our terms of service e.g. Porn Websites or Websites with Illegal Content.

How much does enterprise plan cost?

Unlike other plans, enterprise plan doesn't have any limit on number of subscribers. The users on enterprise plan pay $300/month per 1 Million subscribers. So if your website receives 1 Million subscribers, you will be paying $300/month, if your website receives 2 Million subscribers, you will be paying $600/month and so on.
